Roger Kutchinsky has lived in Hertsmere since 1981, is married and has two daughters. He is the Liberal Democrat spokesman on Financial and Economic Affairs on the Hertsmere Borough Council. He takes an active interest in local environmental protection issues. A Chartered Accountant he retired in 2006 from his position of Financial Director of a firm of Educational consultants he remains involved in their Charitable Trust. His interest in education also led him to serve a term as a Governor at Bournhall JM School. He has been the treasurer of Hertsmere Constituency Liberal Democrats for many years; is Treasurer of the Bushey DFAS, and a member of the Bushey Centre Association Committee.
