As retired doctor with an interest in disability, Annabel is appalled with the crisis in Hertfordshire’s provision for children with special needs. Ofsted gave this county the worst-possible ranking. Lib Dems will create 150 extra special school places and reform the dreadful EHCP system - to ensure every youngster gets the support they deserve.
