Stuart wants a greater focus on fiscal responsibility at Hertfordshire County Council. The county needs to better allocate the resources available on to the needs of residents while eliminating spending that does not generate a social good or a financial return.

A chartered accountant with 25 years of public and private global market knowledge, Stuart was a CFO of a FTSE 250 Infrastructure fund and CEO of a financial services company. He is now focusing his efforts on community and volunteering in Radlett. He's a member of Aldenham Parish council.
